Reupholstering w/ scraps
Upcycling upholstery: I was happy to reupholster a friends heirloom chair with scraps of fabric I had left over from a TV show I shot with HGTV. I love the eclectic, Moroccan look.....and my happy customer!

Corset: a real keeper
Quality over quantity: If I make a brand new piece out of new fabric, then I stay faithful to my Eco conscious ways by making it to last. This one's a real keeper, with fantasies of being handed down through generations of dress up to some.......

Tailoring: Uzbekistan coat
The front of this historic pieces was like a Kaftan, closed and impractical. I split the centre front and created an opening with wide button holes...practise run below! It was heading to Paris with an Artisan client who commissioned me to transform this stunning find.
